Here’s an overview of the loan-application process.
STEP ONE — Apply Now! Getting started is easy
You will want to begin the Pre-qulification process before you make an offer to purchase a home. If you are purchasing a home in the Valley your Realtor will require the AAR Pre-qualifiaction form to accompany your offer.
When you’ve selected a property and have a contract with the Seller, the next step is to complete your loan application, which can be done easily through our website. To get started, select an application from the list on the left.
At the appropriate time we’ll order a property appraisal for you.
STEP Two — Your file is complete, now Underwriter reviews.
Once all your infomation has been gathered and verified, the appraisal has been recieved, and title work is in order, our expert team will prepare your file to be reviewed and approved by one of our seasoned underwrtiters. The better we document your file the easier it will be for the underwriter. Your loan is APPROVED!!
STEP Three — Signing the final papers and closing.
Your Real Estate Agent or the Seller will designate an Escrow/Title Company to handle the funding of your loan, along with many other factors which make your purchase go smoothly.
We will coordinate with the escrow team and you’ll sign the final papers at their office.
