Serving his Arizona clients since 1985 in real estate and mortgage lending, Nino finds great pleasure in having made over 2000 client’s dreams come true. Whether a client needs to refinance their current mortgage or purchase a home in North Scottsdale or anywhere in the valley… His philosophy is to provide you with the financing that meets your financial and lifestyle goals. Nino is a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist who approaches each borrower’s financial situation differently and meets their particular needs.
Nino enjoys music, bicycling, hiking and time with his family. He currently plays clarinet in the Scottsdale Concert Band. Nino has been married to Chris for 35 years and is the father of two: Joe (32), who is also a member of the Fairway family and a daughter, Madi (27), who is a Naval Aviator currently stationed in Jacksonville, Florida. Nino is proud to say he now has some of his past client’s grown children coming to him for their mortgage needs.

Joe is a graduate of Arizona State University and a native of Arizona. He has tremendous enthusiasm and excitement to be in this industry and he wants to bestow that same attitude on his clients. Joe prides himself in being detail oriented and thorough to make the home financing process smooth, precise and educational for his clients. He strives to keep his clients involved in every step of the way so they know the exact details of their home finance transaction.
Joe loves to be active and enjoys his daily gym sessions and weekend outings where he hikes, target shoots and spends time with friends and family.
Chris Pascale
Client Retention
With a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from Arizona State University and a background in advertising, Chris manages Loan Officer databases, executes direct mail postcard campaigns and is in charge of all closing packages to borrowers after closing.
Chris is married to Nino, and mother of Joe (also of Fairway Independent Mortgage) and Madi, a Naval Aviator.
In her spare time, she enjoys working out at her local YMCA with friends, hiking/biking in Flagstaff and cooking.
Dani Gossard

Dani is a 2nd generation native of Arizona. She has 8 years of Mortgage experience in many different roles. Her favorite part of being a Loan Officer Assistant is getting to know our clients. She knows the mortgage process can be overwhelming and is committed to making it as smooth as possible for you.
In her spare time you will find her walking her English bulldog, riding bikes with her 14 year old son, or curled up with a good book.
Kerri Blumsack

Kerri is new to the mortgage industry working for Fairway. She spent most of her career as the director of a Home and Garden show. She lives in Cave Creek with her husband, son and 2 doodles and has a daughter at UofA.
In her spare time she likes to spend time with her family, friends and spend time outdoors.
Daisy
Daisy, Chief Happiness Officer (CHO), is a twelve year old Stafford Terrier. She is very “part-time” only gracing us with her presence on Fridays. She is worth her weight in gold (ok, maybe not quite) as she adds a touch of humor and stress relief to our Fridays. When she isn’t working, she entertains herself chasing lizards, rabbits and napping the days away . . .
